Data controller

The organisers of AI & SaaS Week Comunitat Valenciana, whose identification details appear in the legal notice. Data protection contact: info@aiweek.es.

Pending: the controller’s company name, tax ID and registered address will be added together with the final legal notice.

What data we process

When you submit a form on this website (sponsorship, taking part as a company, talk proposal, hackathon challenge, in-kind contribution or partnership) we process the data you provide: full name, company or organisation, job title, email address, phone number, the option you choose and your message. We also record the date, the page language and an encrypted connection identifier that does not reveal your IP address and is used only to prevent abuse.

Seat bookings are handled on the linked registration platform (Eventarium), which has its own privacy policy.

Purposes and legal basis

• Handling your request and keeping the contact needed for the collaboration you propose. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form and steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement.
• Preventing misuse of the form (automated or bulk submissions). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

We do not use this data for advertising and we make no automated decisions with it.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after the edition of the event your request refers to has taken place. After that it is deleted, unless we must keep it longer because of a legal obligation or to defend against claims.

Who we share it with

We do not disclose your data to third parties. Our web hosting and, where applicable, email service providers may access it as data processors, under the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@aiweek.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
